4-H?ers involved in the Single Source Commercial Swine Class and any 4-H?ers beginning in the Swine Project area are encouraged to attend the ?Know Your Swine? workshop Monday, March 13, at 5:45 p.m. at the Washington County Extension office.
This is an introductory meeting to the Swine Project. Department superintendents, Washington County Pork Producers and 4-H senior swine showmen will discuss early care management, facilities and equipment, feeding, bio-security issues, showmanship tips and more. Swine workbooks will be available for purchase as well.
Parents and 4-H members are encouraged to attend this workshop together.
