Last Supper at Trenton church

On Sunday, April 14, Trenton United Methodist Church will be holding a Palm/Passion Sunday event. The gathering includes a 5:30 p.m. supper and a 7 p.m. Living Last Supper where attendees can see DaVinci's portrait masterpiece come to life as the scene in the upper room is re-enacted with the disciples, stories and music. The Van Buren County Cooperative Ministries volunteers have presented this moving interpretation over 80 times in 50 locations since 1971, and annually since 1986.

The congregation is delighted to share this special event as part of its 125th year of service. Trenton United Methodist Church meets on the east edge of Trenton, Iowa, in a building that is fully accessible, with plenty of free parking.
