Library to host Noon Year’s Eve party

On Dec. 31, the Washington Public Library will host a Noon Year's Eve Party from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. The party is a way for those who don't wish - or aren't able - to stay up until midnight to celebrate the new year.
The event is free and open to all ages and will feature crafts, music and food.
