4-H is a positive youth development program for fourth-to 12th-graders to participate in hands-on activities designed to build many life skills through adult partnerships and research-based experiences. Marianne Van Roekel and Becky Palmer are the volunteer leaders for the Limecreek Limelights. If interested in helping this growing club for the Wellman area, please contact Amy at the Washington County Extension Office at 319-653-4811.
4-H sets the example for youth to value community service and model how to give back on a regular basis. 4-H encourages youth to get involved in the community and give their time and talents to those in need.
