Lincoln Elementary wins top prize at pancake breakfast

Lincoln Elementary Principal Lori LaFrenz accepted a $1,000 check from Kiwanis President Jeff Meyer, Pancake Chairman Greg Peck and Kiwanis Treasurer Tammy Alliman for accumulating the most contributions in their schools' bucket during the annual Kiwanis Pancake Day on Saturday, March 16. Lincoln School achieved this alst year as well.

Kiwanis members also purchased some additional prizes to enhance the morning's festivities. Prize winners included: Boys 16-inch Bike - Carter Morrison Swenka; Girls 20-inch Bike - Phoebe English; 24-inch Mountain Bike - Simeon English; 8-inch Amazon Fire Tablet - Kelsey Coleman; AdVentureland Gate Tickets - Bentley Baxter; and a 90 Day Family Rec Center Pass - Bill Fleig.

The Kiwanis Club thanks all who attended their pancake day fundraiser and wish to remind everyone that the Kiwanis Club's single focus is to support and enhance the lives of area children.
