Lion receives award at Lions State Convention
Fred Stark, district governor for the southeast district of Iowa, received the highest award from the Iowa Lions Foundation at the state convention in Cedar Rapids. This event took place June 5-8, in Cedar Rapids. He was one of three recipients in Iowa. Stark is also the state parliamentarian and he has been a Lions member for 49 years.
