Lions selling raffle tickets to benefit senior center
The Fairfield Lions Club is selling raffle tickets for a weekend stay for two at Honey Creek Resort at Lake Rathbun.
Tickets, available from any Lions Club member, are $3 each or 10 for $25.
The raffle drawing will be April 24.
The weekend prize package also includes a $50 gas card, meals at the Lakeshore Grille and a round of golf on the 18-hole golf course at the lake.

Attractions at Honey Creek Resort include an indoor water park, an activity center, free wi-fi, a fitness room, fishing, boat slips, a beach, hiking and biking trails and a playground.
This sixth annual raffle hosted by the Fairfield Lions Club will benefit activities at the Fairfield Senior Citizen Center.
Previous raffle sales have helped fund projects such as a new concession stand at Fairfield Babe Ruth Field, Fairfield Police Department?s K-9 Program, construction of a new restroom and concession stand at O.B. Nelson Park, a new electric scoreboard at the Fairfield Little League softball complex, and the Low Vision Support Group?s Books-By-Mail bags for audio and large-print books.
