Little Hawk Clover Kids get hands on experience
The Little Hawk Clover Kid Club was busy at their March meeting with paint, robots, tin and more. Members rotated to several different hands-on project workshops. They could select from abstract canvas painting, tin can windsocks, recyclable robot, and a wood bank .

4-H?ers Averi Kron and Gibson Lowenburg assisted the younger members at the hands-on stations. Clover Kids also had the opportunity to visit with adult volunteers, Kerri Bell and Linda Troyer, about their projects similar to a judging situation.
Clover Kids is a fun 4-H program for children in kindergarten-third grade to participate in hands-on activities designed to build many life skills. Miranda Malichky is the volunteer leader for the Little Hawk Clover kids with the assistance of parents If interested in helping this growing club for the Wellman and Kalona area as a leader, please contact Amy at the Washington County Extension Office at 319-653-4811.
