Local chapter DL of TTT meets

Ten members of Chapter D.L. of T.T.T. attended the August 2022 meeting held at the Washington Public Library. Julie Mangold provided cookies, lemonade, and iced tea.

Members visited with 3 of our 4 girls they sent to the Y camp. The girls shared information about themselves and their family. They each talked about the field trips they had at Y camp as well as some of their favorite things about camp. Lea Smothers presented each of them with her hand made pillowcases.

Denise Chalupa shared we had 3 camp girls who graduated this year. She also reported that one of our girls gave one of the graduation addresses.

It was discussed and decided that we will begin to sell nuts and chocolates again starting in September. Phyllis Eisele and Julie Timmins said they would get together and call the vendor to check on availability of product and prices. We will continue to package our own and look forward to getting back with our customers.
