Chapter Iowa J, Wayland, of the National T.T.T. Society met Tuesday evening, Sept. 27 at the Wayland Community Center with five members present.
President Georgia Fort gave an overview of the July 26, 2022 meeting in the absence of the recording secretary. She reminded those present that dues are due before Nov. 1.
There was no meeting in August as that is a designated vacation month.
Treasurer Lori Messer gave her report and it was accepted and filed for audit. Lori will purchase a gift card to be given to our 2022 camper as a Christmas gift.
Georgia has arranged a Tip Night for the chapter at the Mt. Pleasant Pizza Ranch on Monday night, Oct. 24. Members are asked to help with this fundraiser. The more that will work, the shorter the shift for all involved.
A no-bake, bake sale was discussed. All members would be asked to contribute to the treasury in lieu of baking things for a bake sale. Those present agreed to the concept.
The next meeting will be Oct. 25 at 7 p.m. at the Wayland Community Center.
The meeting adjourned with the Closing Creed.
