Local resident competes in Miss Iowa pageant

Johannah Vittetoe, 20, of Washington competed in the Miss Iowa scholarship program June 12-13.
Thursday and Friday night were preliminaries and finals were Saturday, June 13.
Vittetoe was named the lifestyle and fitness winner, received the Volunteer Award for raising the most money of all contestants for the Children's Miracle Network and also received the People's choice Award where the audience voted for their favorite contestant. She was also fourth runner-up for the Miss Iowa crown.
