Locals graduate from Bradley University

A couple of Southeast Iowa natives graduated this May from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. Mt. Union-native Joseph Arnold graduated with a master of science in nursing. Washington-native Victor Miller graduated with a bachelor of science in psychology.
