Lockridge to hold Memorial Day program
The City of Lockridge will be hosting a brief Memorial Day program on Saturday, May 27, at the Lockridge Community Center before moving to the Lockridge Cemetery.
The program at the cemetery will include a flag raising, the singing of the National Anthem, commentary by Paul Corbin, a rifle team and the playing of Taps.

The program at the cemetery will include a flag raising, the singing of the National Anthem, commentary by Paul Corbin, a rifle team and the playing of Taps.
Following the ceremony at the cemetery, those in attendance will be invited to return to the Community Center for refreshments and a presentation on the local veteran?s memorial.
This is not just an event for veterans and their families. This event is open to all members of the local public.
