Long to turn 90
Elizabeth Betty Long will celebrate her 90th birthday Sept. 18 with a card shower. She was born Sept. 18, 1930 in rural Burlington, Iowa, and was married to the late Arthur Long. The couple lived in Lockridge. She has five children: Skip, Andy, Allice, Margaret and Juanita, plus 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
