ST. PAUL, Minn. ? Fairfield resident Alex Greiner, a junior at Luther College, will perform in the annual ?Christmas at Luther: Tidings of Comfort and Joy? concert that will be televised on many public television stations Dec. 23.

One of the featured ensembles, the Collegiate Choir, will perform in Fairfield in March under the sponsorship of the Fairfield Concert Association.

KETTERING UNIVERSITY

FLINT, Mich. ? Amber Coe of Libertyville was one of the women students honored Nov. 3 at the 16th Annual Kettering University Woman of the Year Banquet.

Honorees were selected for their contributions to women and girls.

Coe, a B-Section dual business and industrial engineering major employed by Kettering University, was one of the five receiving honorable mention.

Students attend classes and work in their field of study on rotating three-month terms year round. Referred to as ?A-Section? and ?B-Section,? the student body is divided in half, with A-Section students attending classes while B-Section students are at work and vice versa.
