Madison Street fire starts smoking again
GTNS Photo by David Hotle For the third time, the Washington Fire Department was called to a house at 423 W. Madison St. to reports of smoke coming from the building. The fire department originally extinguished a fire at the building Sunday and then were called back to the building Monday morning to reports of the house rekindling.
