Maple syrup demos March 2

OAKLAND MILLS - Maple Syruping demonstrations with the Henry County Conservation staff will be held Monday, March 2, from 4-6:00 p.m. at the Top of the Hill area, Oakland Mills County Park, at the Dorothy Family Maple Syrup Camp. Activities include tapping trees, an evaporator demonstration, and syrup tasting. Properly supervised groups are welcome. Preregistration is not necessary. This activity is weather dependent so listen to KILJ 105.5 F.M. or check our Facebook page at Henry County Conservation for cancellation in the event of inclement weather. All ages are invited to this free program with a participating adult age 18 years or older.
