Marion Avenue Baptist Church will be having a special Veterans Day service including exciting patriotic music, a color guard posting the flag, special testimonies and a special service to honor any veteran who has served in the Armed Forces as well as any current military personnel and their families. Any veteran and current servicemen will receive a gift card for lunch at a local restaurant as a simple, sincere thank-you from the people of Marion Avenue Baptist Church.
The service will start at 10 Sunday morning Nov. 9, 2014 at the Marion Avenue Baptist Church, located at 215 S. Marion Ave. in Washington.
