Jane McMahon will be teaching another Fairfield Park and Recreation Department swimming skills class, with all proceeds going to the community recreation project to build a new outdoor pool and gym.
The classes are set from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Aug. 26-29 at Roosevelt Aquatic Center.
Each novice and experienced swimmer will get individual guidance to meet their needs and wants.
Swimmers can improve their swim technique.
?We can cover all the strokes, including turns,? said McMahon.
For swimmers who feel their swim routine is getting stale, ?let?s add some drills and workout routines,? said McMahon. ?We?ll pull out the paddles and fins, too.?
Participants should bring goggles, and women should bring swimcaps, also.
?I?m looking forward to helping you have some fun and learn something at the pool,? said McMahon.
