Men’s Refuge House in Olds to receive donation
Sep. 23, 2021 12:57 pm
A Henry County farmer was selected to receive a donation from America’s Farmers Grow Communities, and the farmer designated Word Alive Ministries to receive the donation, sponsored by the Bayer Fund.
In turn, Word Alive Ministries announced it would forward the donation to The Men’s Refuge House in Olds.
“We wish to thank you for thinking of the everyday needs that don’t get met because of lack of funds,” stated a news release from The Men’s Refuge House. “With this kind donation, we will be able to keep the House in operation. It has been such a blessing to have this house available as a shelter in a time of need.”
