Rallon “Rallie” Messer of Mt. Pleasant will observe his 85th birthday on December 28. He was a farmer and worked at Goodyear over 25 years.

Friends and family are invited to an open house to help him celebrate on Sunday, Dec. 28 from 2-5 p.m. at the Mt. Pleasant VFW in Mt. Pleasant.
