Mid-Prairie announces cast of 'Peter Pan and Wendy'

Mid-Prairie drama has announced the cast for the fall play, ?Peter Pan and Wendy,? adapted for stage by Doug Rand. This is not the Disney version, nor is it a musical or a Hollywood "based-on" production. This adaptation will bring the 1911 J.M. Barre book Peter Pan to life on stage Friday and Saturday, Nov. 7 and 8.

The cast includes (in order of appearance): Aleigha Gugel as Wendy Darling, Melissa Murray as Mrs. Darling and the Never Bird, Josh Allen as Nana and Smee, Isaiah Sents as Michael Darling, Ben Chapman as John Darling, Sawyer Black as Mr. Darling, Abby Pickard as Peter Pan, Nolan Bertelli as Curly, Anna Yoder as Twin 1, Emily Meader as Twin 2, Josh Fox as Slightly, Michael Meserole as Tootles, Andy Roberts as Nibs, Haylee Marner as Captian Hook, Elijah Meader as Starkey, Isaac Yoder as Jukes (and stage manager), Gina Waters as Cecco, Ciana Carr as Noodler, Sage Becker as Tiger Lily, Payton Hart as Jane, Jessie Teets as Narrator 1, Anna Mayer as Narrator 2.

The play is directed by Mac Hopper, with assistant director Elyse Chapman.
