Mid-Prairie Jazz Band places first in Class 2A

The Mid-Prairie High School Jazz Band received first place in Class 2A at District Jazz Contest this past Saturday, March 2. This is the second year in a row that the jazz band has placed first at District Jazz Contest. The jazz band will perform at the Iowa Jazz Championships on Tuesday, April 2, in Ames. Their performance time is 2:15 p.m. on April 2.
