Middle school students participate in honor band
On Saturday, April 22, at 4:30pm, the Washington PAC center was packed with families from all over Southeast Iowa as Washington hosted the Third Annual SEIBA Elementary Honor Band. Directors Kevin Makinster and Steve King, both from Cedar Rapids and both teachers from the Linn-Mar School District.
