Fairfield Middle School will be supporting a Jefferson County Relay for Life team by holding a ?Hat Day? Friday.
Young Cancer Exterminator?s Hunter and James Bechtel wanted to help raise cancer awareness and funds for their Jefferson County Relay For Life team year and asked to get their school involved. Friday all FMS students will have the opportunity to support the fight against cancer by making a $1 or more donation, which in turn entitles them to wear a school-appropriate hat to school for the day.
Staff and students will all be participating in this schoolwide event. Upon receipt of their donation Friday morning in the FMS commons, students will receive a Relay For Life/American Cancer Society sticker to put on their hat showing their support for Relay for Life.
