Milender, Pedela announce engagement

David E. Schultz Milender and Kaitlin Pedela of Golden, Colo., announce their engagement and upcoming wedding nuptials on Feb. 25 in Mason, Ohio.

The groom-elect is the son of Leonard and Marian Milender of Fairfield and the grandson of Shirley Schultz of Fairfield and the late George Schultz. He graduated from Purdue University, Lafayette, Ind., with a bachelor?s degree in political science/history, then graduated from University of Iowa College of Law with his juris doctorate and earned a master?s degree in agricultural and food law at the University of Arkansas College of Law. He is practicing law in the Golden, Colo., area.

The bride-elect is the daughter of August and Kathleen Pedela of West Chester, Ohio. She graduated from Kansas State University, with a bachelor?s degree in food science. She is working in research and development.
