Misty Morning Monarchs to hold fundraiser Feb. 5

The Misty Morning Monarchs Chapter of the National Wild Turkey Federation will host a Heritage Fundraising Event on Saturday, Feb. 5 at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Washington. This event will have games, raffles, a silent auction, and a live auction. Doors open at 5 p.m. The meal is served at 7 p.m. A pork loin dinner will be included.

Funds will be used to plant trees and manage woodlands to improve habitat for the wild turkey in Iowa and for education opportunities for youth and those interested in learning more about the wild turkey and its habitat needs.

You must reserve your ticket by Jan. 30 to be included in the meal count. No tickets are available at the door.
