Mt. Pleasant all disc golf league wraps up

The Mt. Pleasant disc golf fall league has come to a close for the 2015 season. There were 47 competitors, and Travis Brown of Mt. Pleasant was the overall champion in this year?s league. Justin Griffin had the lone hole in one, acing the first hole at Riverview Park on week two. Results for the 2015 fall league are listed below.

Division A: 1. Anthony Furniss, Burlington; 2. Shawn Roff, Mt. Pleasant; 3. Roger Beachy, Mt. Pleasant.

Division B: 1. Eric Dochterman, Ft. Madison; 2. Tristan Hines, Burlington; 3. Mark Ecklor, Washington.

Division C: 1. Nick Henas, Mt. Pleasant; 2. Tristan Barker, Mt. Pleasant; 3. Russ Argo, Mt. Pleasant.

Division D: 1. Jon Clark, New London; 2. Ian Olson, Winfield; 3. Brandon Ridinger, Mt. Pleasant.

Women?s Division: 1. Liz Schara, Mt. Pleasant; 2. Alisha Knoop, Mt. Pleasant; 3. Barb Thirtyacre, New London.

Youth Division winner: Mark Jr. Ecklor (Washington)

Most Improved Players: Alisha Knoop (Mt. Pleasant) and Roger Beachy (Mt. Pleasant)
