Neff, Boyd announce engagement; set wedding
Tammy Neff and Regan Boyd, both of Fairfield, announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Nina Wages and the late LaVern Wages. She has a bachelor?s degree in human services and is a private care giver.
The groom-elect is the son of the Carol Boyd of Keosauqua and the late Russell Boyd. He is employed at Arnold Motor Supply.
A private wedding is planned for Saturday.
