New Assistant Director joins Washington Chamber of Commerce

Jaime Carpenter, a longtime resident of Washington, has been hired as the assistant director for the Washington Chamber of Commerce. Jaime began her position on Dec.7, 2015.

Jaime brings with her vast knowledge about the community and a commitment to helping with the long standing successful events that the Chamber of Commerce executes. Jaime has five years of experience working with adults with disabilities, which is a passion of hers. Most recently, Jaime spent nine years as the administrative assistant of The Washington Evening Journal where she became familiar with local residents, businesses, and local issues.
