New exercise club meeting weekly
Team Vitality Fit Club exercise classes are meeting at 6 p.m. every Thursday at Jefferson County Health Center?s Cutler Waiting Room.
Amanda Heyn, independent Team Beachbody coach, will lead the workouts.
The exercise club is free and open to hospital employees as well as the public. People of all ages and fitness levels are encouraged to attend.
