New flag to fly high
Wayne Brock, commander of the Leon Beatty American Legion Post No. 29, and fellow members Jim Dunn and Jim Peterson present an American flag and a check to purchase a flag pole to Tera Pickens, director of the Kirkwood Community College Washington Regional Center. Dunn also donated the land for the new building.
