New London VFW hosting meal on New Year’s

VFW Post 7641 located at 802 E. McKinley in New London will serve corned beef and cabbage, potatoes, black eyed peas and dessert from noon to 4 p.m. on New Year's Day, Friday.
No home prepared food will be allowed to be brought in. Complimentary Tom & Jerry's will be available beginning at 10 a.m.
A free will donation will be taken for the post's upkeep. The public is welcome.
