New members inducted into National Honor Society

The Washington chapter of the American Association of University Women (AAUW) hosted a reception for Washington High School?s National Honor Society members, Tuesday, March 25, at the United Presbyterian Church. Seven seniors and 20 juniors were inducted as new members.

In the front row from left are Jan Kristine Pingol, Bailey Anderson, Mackenzie Crawford, Kolbi Breard, Kaitlin Hora, Macy Marek, Michael Witt, Caitlin Moravec, Graycen Murphy, and Stephanie Loy.

In the middle row are Kaytlyn Christner, Sarah Greiner, Ashley Dietrich, Meredith Lumberg, Sydney Hoffman, Michelle Holland, Kayla Schindler, and Emily Vittetoe.

In the back row are Adam Guy, Tanner Knupp, Jacob Hennigan, Kyle Basten, Jordan Stout, Paige Letcher, Lauren Swan, Alexandria Sinn, and Grant Marek.

The AAUW also presented its annual Education Award to Jim and Margaret Dunn. (See Monday?s Journal for more information on this award.)
