The Crawfordsville Lions Club met on Monday, March 28, 2016, at the Community Room, with 13 members present.
Lion President Loree Stogdill called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance. Lion Secretary Nancy Love gave the invocation.
The minutes of the March 14 meeting were approved as read. The treasurer's report was given.

The Crawfordsville Lions Club met on Monday, March 28, 2016, at the Community Room, with 13 members present.
Lion President Loree Stogdill called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance. Lion Secretary Nancy Love gave the invocation.
The minutes of the March 14 meeting were approved as read. The treasurer's report was given.
There was no correspondence, but reminders were given about the upcoming District Convention on April 15 and 16, and the Iowa Wesleyan Club Charter night on April 18, 2016.
Old Business: Officers were elected for the 2016-2017 year: president- Billie Jo Rose; first vice president-Lance Miller; second vice president-Craig Koehler; third vice president-Adam Mitchell; secretary- Nancy Love; treasurer- Randy Finke; tail twister- Larry Fletcher; lion tamer- Mike Massey; one-year directors- Scott Davis and Gene Lintz; and two-year directors- Mindy Wilson and Larry Swailes.
A reminder was given for the road clean-up on April 9. Participants will meet at the Crawfordsville sign at 9 a.m.
Lion Gene Lintz reported that he had replaced all of the bulbs in the the Christmas lights with LED bulbs and that all were in working order.
After the meeting adjourned, club members enjoyed a brief trivia game hosted by our trivia twister and refreshments provided by Lion Randy Finke.
The United Church of Crawfordsville will hold its annual Spring Rummage Sale on Thursday, April 21, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Friday, April 22, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Saturday, April 23, from 8 a.m. until noon.
