Nixon celebrating 90th birthday at open house
Janan Nixon of Fairfield will celebrate her 90th birthday with an open house from 2-4 p.m. Oct. 9 at Sunnybrook Assisted Living.
Friends and relatives are invited to attend the open house, but no gifts are requested.
Janan Schroeder was born Sept. 29, 1929, in Fairfield. She married Ralph Nixon in October 1939. He died in 1975.
Nixon worked at Tribune Printing in Fairfield for 28 years.
