Non-owner occupied property registration due by May 1

The City of Washington's Rental Inspection Department would like to remind landlords and exempt property owners that registration of their non-owner occupied properties are due May 1, 2019.
Rental properties are required to register and pay the registration fee annually. Property owners should watch their mail the next couple of weeks for a registration form. Registration forms and information are also available at City Hall or online at www.washingtoniowa.net. For questions, contact Steve Donnolly at 319-653-6584 ext. 124.
