Oakland Mills Nature Center offering outdoor cooking class

Participants in the Henry County Conservation Department's outdoor cooking class will get to try their hand at Dutch oven recipes on May 16.
Outdoor cooking will be held at Oakland Mills Nature Center on May 16, at 6 p.m. There is a fee for the class, which includes the chance to sample all dishes prepared, including a fish fry.
Fees and preregistration are required via mycountyparks on or before May 10, to allow shopping time for recipe items. The class will last about two hours.
