Open enrollment for Mid-Prairie School District

Parents or guardians who do not live in the Mid-Prairie School District and wish to enroll in the Mid-Prairie District must make a formal application by March 1 for the 2019-20 year. Those enrolling in kindergarten have until Sept. 1 to submit their application. The open enrollment application can be found on Mid-Prairie's website at https://www.mphawks.org/uploaded/2019-20/Documents/Open_Enrollment_Application_2019-2020-fill.pdf.
