Open house planned for Steinbeck?s 90th birthday
Carroll Steinbeck will celebrate his 90th birthday during an open house hosted by his family from 2-4 p.m. Sunday at the Rubio Community Building in Rubio.
Mr. Steinbeck was born Nov. 27, 1923. He is a lifelong resident of Rubio.
Mr. Steinbeck is a member of the Richland Lions Club. He served many years as chairman of the Washington County Conservation Board and is a long-standing board member of Federation Bank. ...

Carroll Steinbeck will celebrate his 90th birthday during an open house hosted by his family from 2-4 p.m. Sunday at the Rubio Community Building in Rubio.
Mr. Steinbeck was born Nov. 27, 1923. He is a lifelong resident of Rubio.
Mr. Steinbeck is a member of the Richland Lions Club. He served many years as chairman of the Washington County Conservation Board and is a long-standing board member of Federation Bank. He is a member of the United Methodist Church of Richland.
Mr. Steinbeck is a World War II veteran.
