Optimist Club of Washington presents scholarship
The Optimist Club of Washington has announced that $400 College Scholarships were presented to two Washington Demon students.
Grace Voss and Cameron Vongpanya from Washington will use this scholarship in their first year of college this fall. Both were active members of the Junior Optimist Club during high school. They will continue an Optimistic outlook toward their future education.
Mary Ann White is President of the Optimist Club of Washington. The club meets at 6:30 a.m. on the first and third Tuesday of each month at the Washington Y.
