Packwood Fire & Rescue to host pancake breakfast Saturday

Packwood Fire & Rescue is hosting a pancake and sausage breakfast on Saturday, Jan. 28 from 7-10 a.m. at the Packwood Community Building at 122 N. Main St. in Packwood.

Guests can look forward to a meal of pancakes, French toast, sausage, bacon, coffee and juice, for a free-will offering.

The Packwood Fire & Rescue Pancake Breakfast is a fundraising event sponsored by the Packwood Volunteer Fire Department to raise funds for the equipment needed to provide fire and rescue coverage for the community.

The funds raised will be put towards new protective turnout gear, firefighting tools and apparatuses as the need arises.
