I well remember the evening we were all gathered at the Barhydt Chapel. It was people who came from near and far, who had close attachments to Parsons. There were many tears.
The vice president of the ?new? owners of the campus spoke. He said that he realized the sorrow, but they would be building a bigger chapel and we would all be welcome.
I have yet to see the ?new? chapel, so since I am 92 years old, I will not live to see this ?new? chapel!
