WASHINGTON - The PAWS and More Animal Shelter in Washington will waive cat adoption fees for two days from Feb. 14-15 for its, ‘Give from Your Heart' event. Freewill donations will be accepted. The shelter is located at 1004 West Madison Street in Washington and open from 12-4 p.m. both days.
