Paynes receive Rose Award
The Fairfield Beautification Commission recognized Sheryl and Jeff Payne, 100 East Madison, with the Rose Award. The Paynes have made extensive improvements to their garden since moving into their home two years ago. This photo shows a zinnia garden in the back of the property.
