Pekin?s cross-country meet Satuday in Iowa City was not a normal meet.
Each grade ran individually. The scores of the top three runners from each school are counted towards the final grade score.
?It?s different, but the runners like it,? said Pekin cross-country coach Davis Eidahl. ?The change of format is good.?
