Pekin FFA advocates for Agriculture Education

In January, the Pekin FFA Chapter had the opportunity to advocate for Agriculture Education at the Iowa State Capitol with other FFA Chapters across the state. Members were able to speak with local representatives about current issues in Agriculture and Agricultural Education all while gaining knowledge of how the legislative process works. It was an amazing opportunity to advocate for Agriculture Education and FFA.This is one of many opportunities that Pekin FFA has taken for this purpose. We hope to continue our advocacy for Agriculture Education into the future.
