Pekin signing up preschoolers

PACKWOOD ? Pekin Preschool/Child Care Center will be hosting registration for the 2011-2012 school year from 2-6 p.m. April 14.

Any parents of children needing preschool must attend this registration; the event is for parents only. Eligible children must be 4 years old by Sept. 15.

Parents will fill out required registration forms and receive information about the program. A $25 fee must be paid at the registration.

Parents are asked to bring names, addresses and phone numbers of work places, doctors, hospitals and family members as well as child?s Social Security number and health insurance information.
