PEO announces officers for March election

Chapter MX P.E.O. met on Monday Feb. 18, 2019, in the home of June Asper at 7:30 p.m. President Karen Bates Chabal conducted the business meeting. Nine members attended. The Nominating Committee announced the slate of officers for the election to be held at the March meeting. The budget for the 2019-2020 program year was passed. Rebecca Widmer and Barbara Liebe were appointed to the Auditing Committee. Karen read her annual president's letter.

Members were invited to attend a birthday reception on March 3, 2019, for Shirley Pfeifer's 90th birthday at the Methodist Church. Kathleen Almelein gave a very interesting program on her Norwegian Bunad, her folk attire.

The next meeting will be on March 4, 2019, at 7:30 p.m. in the home of Karen Bates Chabal.
