Tuesday

12:40 a.m. Joshua Dalbey was arrested on a warrant from Ottumwa.

1:56 p.m. Tinatin Bediashvili, 47, was cited for a school bus stop sign violation.

5:30 p.m. caller reported seeing flames in the second floor of a nearby house.

5:43 p.m. resident called about a second structure fire; a wood stove?s chimney was red-hot and sparking. Dispatch advised caller to get everyone out of the residence.

Monday

1 a.m. caller reported a dead deer in the road. Officers removed from road.

4:47 p.m. vehical accident ? Madison Roberts, 17, was driving north on Fourth Street; Jeffrey Deornellas, 48, was driving west on Madison Avenue. Each vehicle stopped at the intersection, then Roberts proceeded and Deornellas failed to yield and the two vehicles collided. Deornellas was cited.

5 p.m. caller reported a neighbor constantly revving a motorcycle in the garage is disturbing the peace.

5:15 p.m. water main break reported.

5:46 p.m. theft reported. Sometime in the past three months, a padlock was broken on unit 83. Tools and a tool box that would take several people to move, were taken.

9:03 p.m. Bruce Brown was arrested at his residence for disorderly conduct.
